The First-Year Search Conference (FYRC) takes place at the end of each spring semester and is an opportunity for first-year students to participate in a formal academic conference. Students interested in presenting at the FYRC are required to submit proposals in late March to be evaluated by a panel of faculty judges. The students selected to present are informed in early April of their acceptance. The TAMUCC campus community is invited to attend the FYRC to celebrate the research of first-year students.
The Spring 2017 First-Year Research Conference took place on Thursday, April 27. Information about the conference, including the call for proposals and presentation schedule, can be found here. FMI, contact Dr. Brandi Kutil at email@example.com.
